Our dear mother and Nana, Lenore “Lee” Moreland left this world to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on February 22, 2018 after a brief illness. She was born on May 20, 1933 in Oakland, CA. To Bert and Roberta Beasley. As a girl she loved riding horses in local parades, and taking trips with her family to Yosemite. She found much comfort as a teen discovering her Catholic faith, in which she was devoted her entire life. She was member of the Daughters of Isabella at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Lee married her high school sweetheart from Fremont High School, Oakland, Robert Moreland on July 3^rd, 1951. She was a wonderful homemaker, and enjoyed attending family events, in which she loved being involved with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years; Robert Moreland in 2016. Lenore leaves 3 children; Janice Knudson-Sait (Asam), Catherine Woods (David), and Robert Moreland (Sandra), six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, her brothers; Robert Beasley (Christine), Ronnie (Carol), and Dennis (Nancy), and many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the staff and residents at Solstice (formerly the Vintage) senior community residence in Lodi, and also to the staff of the Creekside Skilled Nursing Facilty and Dr. Maria Dizon for the unmatched care and caring which added greatly to our mother’s quality of life during these past few months.

Friends may visit Wednesday, February 28^th from Noon until 8:00 p.m. With the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. At Donahue Funeral Home, 123 N School Street, downtown Lodi, and are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, March 1^st at 10:00 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, with interment at Cherokee Memorial Park immediately following.

On February 15, 2018, with her family by her side, Janice Lynn Heilbrun, 70, left this earth to soar with the angels above. Our loving wife, mother, and friend had always been the cornerstone of our family’s foundation, and she will be missed terribly. It is with great joy and love in our hearts that we can say she was the one that so strongly helped shape those that were lucky enough to be a part of her life.
Janice was born on October 3, 1947, to Ray and Barbara Buscaglia. She lived all her life in the Stockton-Lodi area, graduated from Lodi High in 1965, and worked for many years as a bookkeeper until her retirement.
Janice is survived by her loving husband, John Heilbrun; three sons, David and Steven La Franchi, and John G. Heilbrun (Karrie); her brother Alan Buscaglia; two sisters, Sandy Kerekes (Jess) and Judy Godon; two grandsons and two granddaughters. She was predeceased by her parents, Barbara and Ray Buscaglia.
There is nothing like a mother’s love, and Janice showed this every day by loving her husband and family so very much.

Our beloved daughter, our bunny, the light of our lives was taken from this world on February 9th. If you ever saw her, she had an unforgettable smile that lit up the room and a magnetic personality. All who knew her will never forget her amazing smile. She was born on a magical day, March 22, 1993 to Ed and Tami Somera. Gabrielle was fiercely devoted to her friends, family, and animals. She had an undying love for her brother, Jacob, and was often called his second mom. They have been best friends since the day he was born. She was so full of joy and happiness. She was over the moon in love with her boyfriend, Joey Paper, and dog; Maya, and her kitties; Sassy and TabB. She attended John Muir Elementary where her teachers were like family. She graduated from Bear Creek High School in 2011. She was on the swim team all through High School and was proud to be a cheerleader her senior year. She was so excited to now be attending Lincoln Tech and hoped to work in a hospital helping others since she herself spent so much of her teenage years in the hospital. She loved everything about the ocean, especially Dillon Beach where she grew up playng in the sand dunes and running down the beach. She enjoyed singing and dancing and being the life of the party. She also enjoyed hiking, going to flea markets and had just developed a love for cooking. Gabrielle has been a devoted San Francisco Giants fan from the age of 1 when she attended her first game. Even demanding when she was hospitalized , her parents take her to the roof of Oakland Children’s Hospital so she could see the parade after winning the World Series. She is survived by her parents; Ed and Tami, her brother; Jacob, her sister; Alyssa Diaz, her boyfriend; Joey, her dog; Maya, her grandparents; Larry and Lenore Nies, and Ed and Sylvia Somera, many loving aunties, uncles, cousins and friends who were like family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Andrea Barron and Mark Steenblock, her great-grandparents; Willis and Mildred Steenblock and her namesake; Victor von Berg. Gabrielle’s untimely passing has caused unimaginable heartbreak to her family and friends. Please join together to celebrate her beautiful life on Friday, February 16th at 3:00 p.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 1540 W Lodi Avenue. Gabrielle was extremely devoted to the love and care of animals so in lieu of flowers please make a donation in her honor to Animal Friends Connection or P.A.L.S. There is also a GoFundMe account started by Kyle Getz where portions will be donated to charities that she felt passionate about and final resting costs. Glenn Pulliam passed away after a short illness. He was born in Sapula, OK to Wm. and Myrtle Pulliam. He is survived by siblings; Alma, Bill and Foy. He was preceded in death by siblings; Sylvester, Howard, Nim, and Mary. Glenn is survived by his wife of 68 years; Louise, and his son; Don (Ginny), and daughter; Sharon Odle. He had 5 grandchildren; Matt Pulliam, Bryan Pulliam, Leia de Sha, Jeff Odle, and Sharla Odle. He had 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son; Glenn and daughter; Susie. He retired from DVI as a Lead Groundskeeper in 1987. Glenn enjoyed hunting, fishing, Rving, and spending time with his grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 14th at Donahue Funeral Home, 123 N School Street, Lodi., Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 15th at 11:00 a.m. at Donahue Funeral Home with interment at Cherokee Memorial Park immediately following.
